Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical exposure.
- Equivalent practical exposure may include 2+ years of corporate/consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience improving or automating manual processes in a school, project, or work setting.
- Experience managing relationships with peers, direct reports, and senior stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools such as advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce.
- Ability to collaborate across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
- Comfort working with data to extract insights, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Track record of meeting tight deadlines and taking accountability for work.
Responsibilities
- Streamline and maintain best practices across the Business Consulting practice.
- Track operational metrics, generate actionable insights, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Audit workflows to identify friction points and build solutions that improve productivity and reduce administrative work and costs.
- Build cross-functional relationships across Business Consulting and broader Veeva teams.
- Anticipate operational challenges and adapt to shifting business priorities.
- Maintain adherence to operational procedures, take ownership of deliverables, and address process gaps at their root cause.
