Responsibilities
- Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and upcoming renewal increases.
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
- Learn the insurance products and help customers identify a suitable option from the available insurance companies.
- Learn the app and help customers navigate it.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
