Requirements
- Currently reside in Hawaii.
- Have 1 year of call center experience.
- Have 6 months of customer service experience.
- Have basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
- Have high-speed internet access, such as cable, DSL, or fiber, with a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and minimum download speed of 30 Mbps.
- Do not use wireless or WiFi air cards.
- Have a quiet space at home free of distractions, including caretaking of any kind.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities.
- Manage an expected 60–80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays.
