Job Details

Have 5+ years of progressive OTC/AR/FP&A experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
Bring hands-on proficiency in NetSuite, BillingPlatform, Zuora, and HighRadius.
Demonstrate experience coordinating cross-regional teams.
Be able to analyze complex financial data and build structured variance reports.
Have experience leading teams through process changes in SOX-compliant environments.
Collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Legal.
Experience with financial process improvements such as RPA, auto-match logic, or OCR/Intelligent Document Processing is a bonus.
Familiarity with corporate compliance guardrails for Generative AI in financial workflows, including data security protocols such as PII/MNPI masking, is a bonus.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to standardize project timelines and drive projects to completion.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for accounts receivable workflows.
Design human-in-the-loop validation steps to safeguard financial controls.
Lead the implementation of agentic and non-agentic automation in Order-to-Cash processes.
Partner with technical teams to deploy the Predictive Account Risk Engine using billing and consumption telemetry to prioritize collections outreach.
Use Intelligent Document Processing and automated exception-handling tools to streamline repetitive tasks, including payment auto-matching in HighRadius.
Translate AR aging, Collections Efficiency Index, and Days Sales Outstanding metrics into liquidity forecasts and risk assessments for leadership.
Liaise between Revenue/Finance leadership and AR Operations to align on data points.
