Job Details

Have 6+ years of professional software development experience.
Demonstrate a track record of designing and delivering complex software systems at scale.
Have strong backend/API development experience in Python, Java, or PHP.
Understand database design and RDBMS such as MySQL or similar.
Be proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Have experience integrating with third-party systems.
Have frontend development experience with React and JavaScript.
Have experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services including EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, ECS/Fargate, and Lambda.
Have exposure to AI technologies, particularly agents, LLMs, embeddings, or natural language processing.
Be comfortable guiding technical design discussions and technical decision-making.
Mentor other engineers through coaching, design, and code reviews.

Lead and rapidly build end-to-end features from scratch for Loopio’s platform.
Design and ship reusable frameworks and shared libraries.
Build technology to prevent bugs and maintain software quality.
Gather detailed feedback from customers.
Partner with the ML team to design, integrate, and productionise AI agents and knowledge-graph capabilities.
Evaluate third-party models and establish patterns for agentic workflows and knowledge-graph-grounded retrieval.
Define technical and evaluation guidelines for AI-powered features.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through testing and automated tests.
Mentor and coach engineers through technical guidance and knowledge-sharing.
