Requirements
- Have seven or more years of business systems experience.
- Have at least three years of hands-on CLM implementation or administration experience.
- Have at least two years of hands-on Ironclad configuration experience in production.
- Hold Ironclad Core Administration Certification.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Have experience leading a CLM implementation or migration, including template and workflow rationalization, repository and metadata migration, and cutover planning.
- Have advanced hands-on experience building Ironclad Workflow Designer workflows.
- Have experience building commercial document templates and clause libraries using Legal-approved language.
- Have experience designing and supporting Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ integrations with a CLM platform.
- Have experience with the Ironclad API, webhooks, and integration patterns, plus working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, basic JavaScript, and SQL.
- Have working knowledge of e-signature platforms, including DocuSign eSignature and Ironclad Signature.
- Have basic Salesforce administrator-level knowledge and familiarity with the Salesforce CPQ data model and document generation process.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word template formatting.
- Be able to work until approximately 11:30 PM India Standard Time when needed to overlap with United States business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead Ironclad CLM solution design and implementation, defining the target-state architecture for contract intake, generation, review, negotiation, approval, signature, repository, and reporting.
- Own the DocuSign CLM replacement, including migration planning, template and workflow rationalization, repository and metadata migration, parallel run, cutover, and decommissioning.
- Design, build, and maintain Ironclad Workflow Designer workflows, including launch forms, conditional logic, routing, notifications, escalations, and exception handling.
- Create and maintain commercial document templates and clause libraries for agreements, service orders, order forms, amendments, and renewals.
- Administer Ironclad users, roles, permissions, SSO and provisioning, repository structure, metadata, record types, and release management.
- Design and maintain Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ integrations with Ironclad, including Workflow Sync, Record Sync, field mappings, and document generation from quotes and quote lines.
- Define and configure the future-state electronic signature approach, including Ironclad Signature and any retained external provider.
- Use the Ironclad API and webhooks to build integrations, automations, and data migration tooling.
- Partner with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT on requirements, change management, documentation, training, and adoption.
- Troubleshoot workflow, document generation, data mapping, integration, and signature issues; establish governance and administration standards; and mentor team members and consultants.
