Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management.
- Experience working with clients, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience conducting interviews, meetings, and workshops to elicit requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience analyzing business processes, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, risks, and change impacts.
- Ability to gather and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders and align business expectations with technical feasibility and project objectives.
- Strong investigative and critical-thinking skills, including identifying inconsistencies and challenging assumptions.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, documentation, validation, and traceability methodologies.
- Experience documenting requirements through user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Basic knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UML and business process modeling techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and experience with system implementation, procurement, integration, or software development projects are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead interviews, meetings, and workshops to identify business problems, needs, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Gather, analyze, document, validate, and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and document business rules, integrations, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Support Product Owners and stakeholders in prioritizing demands and defining and refining scope.
- Coordinate clients, business areas, Product Owners, technical teams, suppliers, and project management.
- Clarify requirements and business rules and help resolve questions and inconsistencies during development.
- Support solution validation and acceptance testing against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain accurate requirements, decisions, documentation, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
