Have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Have a technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems, and data flows.
Have experience documenting API specifications, integration requirements, and data mappings.
Know BA methodologies and have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Have experience creating workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Be able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity while managing multiple priorities.
Have a proactive and autonomous mindset and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with Product Managers and stakeholders.
Translate high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and validation rules.
Create and maintain technical documentation and end-to-end workflow diagrams.
Work with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible.
Identify gaps, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across stakeholders.
