Requirements
- Bring robust experience in business intelligence, commercial planning, or growth strategy, or 2–3 years of management consulting experience.
- Break complex problems into manageable parts using a highly structured approach.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and extract insights from data.
- Have experience handling large volumes of data.
- Use SQL, Alteryx, Excel, or similar tools for data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly market report for company leadership, defining relevant sources and metrics and analyzing marketplace performance.
- Develop analytical models and frameworks to guide supply and demand levers, supporting sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Partner with Operations to lead strategic projects that directly affect the business.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence decisions and support execution.
- Monitor marketplace and market KPIs to support tactical and strategic planning.
