Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business intelligence, business analysis, commercial planning, growth strategy, or a related analytical field.
- Advanced English proficiency, including strong written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to break down complex business problems, investigate root causes, and develop practical, data-backed solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including working with large datasets and identifying meaningful patterns.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience handling and analyzing large volumes of data using SQL, Alteryx, Excel, or comparable analytical platforms.
- Ability to connect operational metrics with broader business objectives and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Ability to balance acquisition performance with financial efficiency.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including explaining complex topics clearly and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze acquisition and conversion performance across supply channels to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop models, methodologies, and structured analytical frameworks to guide supply strategy.
- Conduct business diagnostics to identify ways to increase property acquisition while aligning with financial targets and economic guidelines.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales, brokers, Product, and Technology teams to design, implement, and optimize initiatives.
- Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Track supply-related KPIs and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives.
- Work with the Budget Allocation team to prioritize investments within financial constraints and maximize return on investment.
- Use data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and improve operational processes.
