Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to extract insights from data.
- Communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence others.
- Be proficient in handling large volumes of data using SQL, Alteryx, Excel, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and investment KPIs across volume, efficiency, and profitability at business, city, channel, and campaign levels.
- Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Develop analytical and forecasting models to support investment allocation, scenario planning, and decision-making across the Marketplace.
- Diagnose business performance and recommend growth, efficiency, and profitability levers.
- Develop business cases and scenarios to support investment prioritization and resource allocation across businesses, cities, and acquisition channels.
- Partner with strategic stakeholders to translate analytical insights and investment strategies into actionable initiatives, and monitor their impact.
- Support short- and medium-term Marketplace strategy and planning with data-driven insights and recommendations.
