- Bring several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments.
- Have strong knowledge of the German talent market.
- Understand how tech organizations are structured at different growth stages.
- Help hiring managers define roles.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Base decisions on data and facts.
- Maintain high standards for stakeholder satisfaction.
- Be fluent in German and very good in written and spoken English.
- Agency experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the client's hiring goals end to end across technical, go-to-market and business roles.
- Source and engage candidates across the German market using your network and market knowledge.
- Manage stakeholders proactively and address bottlenecks through clear communication and critical thinking.
- Build and run hiring forecasts, selecting appropriate channels and strategies and using backward planning.
- Use recruiting systems and data to guide decisions during each search.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer.
- Work with the wider pplwise team to support sourcing and delivery.
