Requirements
- Have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in technology services or customer success.
- Bring experience in SaaS or enterprise software-related fields; this experience is strongly preferred.
- Hold a BS or BA degree.
- Have demonstrated success working directly with clients.
- Bring project management experience, including the ability to manage deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
- Be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Communicate complex and technical topics clearly and succinctly.
- Have experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Be able to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Renewable energy, utilities, grid services, or adjacent cleantech/greentech experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with EVs, batteries, connected devices, IoT, building automation, or Virtual Power Plant programs is a plus.
- Certifications in energy management, project management, or program management are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-faceted programs with device partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure day-to-day program operations run smoothly and keep client goals and needs in view.
- Understand client objectives and growth targets and guide clients through program design decisions.
- Partner with Sales to support successful renewals and account expansions.
- Resolve operational challenges and creatively problem-solve when difficult situations arise.
- Analyze and present key results, facilitate meetings, and communicate technical and data-driven messages to clients.
- Communicate with clients and device partners to support program implementation, review needs, and provide recommendations.
- Build knowledge of demand management, Distributed Energy Resources, and product functionality to shape programs and train client teams.
