Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Have at least 2 years of experience shipping LLM-based agents to production users.
- Have owned a product where model behavior was the product.
- Be hands-on with tool calling, planning loops, memory and retrieval, and multi-agent handoff patterns.
- Be able to read agent traces and identify what went wrong.
- Have built or owned an evaluation harness and used it to gate releases.
- Be technically capable of specifying data models, state machines, and API shapes and explaining their tradeoffs.
- Be comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and shipping weekly.
- Write clear product requirements and evaluation reports.
Responsibilities
- Own the agent runtime, including planning, tool calling, memory, guardrails, and the Assist, Co-pilot, and Autonomous trust ladder.
- Design multi-agent orchestration, including handoffs, shared state, and conflict resolution across the customer journey.
- Turn GTM orchestrations into configurable packaged plays by funnel-stage outcome, defining triggers, steps, agent assignments, and human checkpoints.
- Build and own the agent behavior evaluation harness, release gates, and performance dashboard.
- Define the platform APIs, configuration, and admin experiences used to compose and tune agents.
- Run a weekly shipping cadence with GenAI and engineering, involving enablement and customer success before releases.
- Write specifications for data models, state machines, API shapes, and their tradeoffs.
- Prototype in code or no-code tools before writing specifications.
