Requirements
- Have 7+ years of product management experience.
- Have experience leading cross-functional engineering teams through agile development cycles.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have experience with data-powered products and technologies, such as people search, identity resolution, public records, APIs, or web applications.
- Understand how data pipelines shape the end-user experience.
- Demonstrate ownership and adaptability, including proactively driving initiatives and removing blockers.
- Apply ROI-focused product judgment and validate assumptions with data.
- Produce clear, thorough product requirements that incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Have experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI to prototype ideas or accelerate product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Scrum team execution from planning through launch and iteration.
- Own the product backlog and align Engineering, Design, Data Product, Quality Assurance, Legal, and other partners.
- Manage scope, dependencies, risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to keep delivery on track.
- Identify customer problems and business opportunities through user research, product data, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Validate assumptions and evaluate potential product solutions.
- Translate insights into PRDs, user stories, and supporting product documentation.
- Measure launched feature impact, analyze product performance, and gather customer feedback.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends and recommend product improvements.
- Share the team's shipped work and its contribution to company growth.
