Job Details

Have 8+ years of proven SaaS sales experience.
Demonstrate a record of exceeding sales goals.
Bring experience with consultative selling, solution-based selling, and complex sales cycles.
Have experience selling to C-level buyers.
Be able to navigate enterprise sales processes, including Fortune 500–1000 companies and deal sizes averaging $150K–$1M.
Have experience selling in the applicable region and understand its ideal customer profile and buyer personas.
Bring solid technical acumen to customer discussions and translate product strengths into business benefits.
Be proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, customer experience platform, or contact center technology experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.

Develop territory, strategic account, and close/win plans to achieve assigned quotas within the fiscal period.
Build demand and advise clients on solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.
Maintain planning tools to support cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and executive engagement.
Learn Cyara’s products and demonstrate them in line with prospect pain points.
Assess pipeline opportunities and provide accurate forecasts, within a 10% margin at the week 8 forecast.
Address competitor advantages and sell Cyara’s solutions and services against competitors.
Execute company campaigns and meet outbound call and email targets with qualified leads.
Negotiate using trading techniques, discounts, and promotions, and secure contract agreements and purchase orders.
