Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent, Recruiting, or Program Management.
- Bring hands-on experience configuring and managing people workflows, data, and reporting.
- Have experience supporting international team members or candidates and developing processes for their experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of simplifying or rebuilding inefficient operational processes.
- Be comfortable pulling and analysing team data to inform everyday decisions.
- Have strong written communication skills across documents, Slack, and written guides.
- Use discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Be able to work independently in a distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide new team members through onboarding from contract signing through their first months.
- Coordinate support for promotions, parental leave, relocations, and other employee transitions with local partners.
- Maintain People Operations systems, accurate employee information, and integrations.
- Improve benefits offerings and make them accessible across regions.
- Respond to employee questions and turn common inquiries into clearer documentation and simpler processes.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools and other workflow improvements.
- Create self-serve guides and clear written communication for an asynchronous workplace.
- Gather employee feedback and use it to improve onboarding and lifecycle experiences.
- Collaborate with Talent on the transition from candidate experience to day-one onboarding.
- Support performance development, engagement initiatives, and compliance across regions.
