Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Have at least 8 years of federal accounting or federal financial statement audit experience.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- CPA, CGFM, or PMP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project-management documents, including the Project Management Plan, project schedule, weekly status reports, and quality assurance and quality control materials.
- Manage all work performed under the contract and oversee supporting staff and subject matter experts.
- Develop documentation templates and protocols.
- Lead executive-level meetings.
- Perform and oversee accounting research.
- Develop presentations for client management.
- Develop policy and procedure templates and a repository.
- Develop and oversee new or updated accounting policies, procedures, and process maps.
- Conduct walkthrough interviews with process owners.
- Design financial management dashboards by identifying content and working with subject matter experts to develop them.
- Develop training and support business development activities, including proposal development and capture activities, as assigned.
