Have product management or associate product management work experience.
Have hands-on experience shipping at least one product or feature using AI or machine learning, including large language models.
Understand how AI features are built and tested, including prompts, model selection, evaluation, accuracy, and data quality.
Be aware of AI risks, including incorrect answers, bias, privacy, and cost, and ways to reduce them.
Have a track record of managing a successful product through its full lifecycle.
Be able to develop product and marketing strategies and present recommendations to executive management.
Have experience with structured approaches and agile methods.
Have a history of working with development teams to get results.
Be skilled at working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Bring strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to new technology.
Be able to work productively in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Turn business goals into clear software requirements.
Define AI use cases for forecasting, data entry, search, and routine-task automation, and write requirements for them.
Rank features using market research, customer needs, and company strategy.
Manage scope and trade-offs involving schedule, cost, security, architecture, company policies, and team capacity.
Set success measures for AI features, including accuracy, time saved, and user adoption, and track them after launch.
Work with engineers to plan how AI features are built, tested, and monitored, including handling incorrect or unexpected results.
Work with Security, Legal, and Engineering on customer data privacy, data use, and AI model costs.
Set product vision and define specifications with the technical team.
Track progress against plan and address variances.
