Job Details

Demonstrated product management experience, preferably with AI-powered products, SaaS platforms, or fast-moving technology environments.
Strong product sense and UX/UI judgment, including the ability to evaluate user journeys and recommend practical design improvements.
Experience owning product roadmaps, defining features, writing detailed requirements, and managing initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Experience optimizing onboarding, improving conversion and activation, and reducing user drop-off.
Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data, customer feedback, and behavioral insights.
Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing product functionality, specifications, interface consistency, and release quality.
Ability to understand complex products quickly, explore functionality independently, and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong written communication skills and ability to produce PRDs, actionable tickets, prototypes, and product documentation.
Ability to work effectively with designers and engineers while maintaining independent ownership of product direction and UX decisions.
Familiarity with product design tools, prototyping workflows, analytics platforms, and collaboration tools is an advantage.
Availability to join immediately is preferred; candidates with other notice periods will also be considered.

Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end user experience.
Explore product functionality and connected workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead product discovery and design reviews, and propose UX/UI improvements and new features.
Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and behavioral signals to prioritize improvements.
Optimize onboarding to improve conversion and activation and reduce user drop-off.
Compare product specifications, staging environments, and production releases to identify discrepancies and regressions.
Create PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and design specifications for engineering and design teams.
Translate product insights into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app educational experiences.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams while independently driving product thinking and feature direction.
