Requirements
- Bring hands-on product management experience.
- Demonstrate strong UX/UI and interaction-design judgment.
- Have proven experience optimizing onboarding to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
- Use product usage data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
- Be able to own UX end-to-end and drive UX independently when needed.
- Partner effectively with design and engineering.
- Produce comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or designs with minimal review.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end product experience.
- Map the product surface area, including the dashboard, features, and connections across modules.
- Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features.
- Identify friction, inconsistencies, gaps, and missing connections across the product.
- Use usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize product improvements.
- Compare specifications with staging and production to catch gaps and regressions.
- Improve onboarding to increase conversion and reduce drop-offs.
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
- Ship simple improvements while reducing unnecessary UI clutter.
