Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
- Interest in process improvement and automation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, cash/payment applications, and journal entries.
- Assist with AP and AR processes, aging reports, data entry, documentation, and month-end close activities.
- Deliver accurate, complete work on time while meeting quality standards and SLAs.
- Maintain low error rates and minimize the need for supervisor corrections.
- Build client trust through reliable support and contribute ideas to improve workflows.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers in meetings, check-ins, and shared projects.
- Develop technical expertise in accounting fundamentals, AP/AR processes, Excel, and ERP systems.
