Have 3–6 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, finance operations, or business operations.
Have working SQL skills to access data independently.
Bring real automation experience using Python, APIs, or AI-enabled tooling.
Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Be comfortable working with messy source data and resolving inconsistencies.
Have startup experience, preferably at Seed–Series B stage, in SaaS, marketplace, ecommerce, delivery, logistics, or fintech.
Helpful but not required: experience with revenue-share models, Stripe, Bill.com, QuickBooks, NetSuite, BI tools, or US GAAP.
Work part time, approximately 20 hours per week, with overlap in US business hours.

Own invoicing, collections, failed payments, and account suspension.
Manage revenue-share and partner payout processing and resolve discrepancies end to end.
Reconcile revenue and payouts across Stripe, ACH, Bill.com, partner reports, and internal systems.
Improve cash collection and provide leadership with a dependable accounts receivable view.
Replace manual workflows with systems using SQL, Python, APIs, and automation tools.
Build exception logic, documentation, and data-quality standards.
Pull and clean data to answer business questions and prepare analysis for partner negotiations, pricing, and customer economics.
Build dashboards for ARR, ARPU, gross margin, collections, cash, burn, and runway.
Forecast subscription, revenue-share, GMV-based, and project revenue.
Prepare monthly leadership and board reporting materials.
