Job Details

Have a technical background in data operations, database support, or data pipeline troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Demonstrate advanced hands-on SQL skills, including complex CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and performance tuning.
Have experience with MS SQL Server and tools such as SSMS or Azure Data Studio.
Understand dimensional data warehousing concepts, including fact and dimension tables and SCDs.
Have hands-on experience debugging ETL/ELT pipeline workflows.
Have experience supporting Tableau or similar BI tools.
Be proficient in Python or PowerShell for analysis and task automation.
Be familiar with ITSM processes, on-call escalations, ticket management, and orchestration platforms such as Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
Be fluent in written and spoken English.
PostgreSQL experience is a plus.

Investigate missing, duplicate, or inconsistent transactional data using SQL queries in MS SQL Server and conduct end-to-end root-cause analysis.
Monitor pipeline runs and scheduled orchestration jobs in Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Agent; identify bottlenecks and resolve ETL/ELT and data warehouse failures.
Maintain and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, data extracts, and reporting sources, addressing data discrepancies, refresh failures, and query performance issues.
Perform controlled data corrections while maintaining data integrity, runbooks, and SQL best practices.
Write Python or PowerShell scripts to automate recurring data investigation workflows and use AI tools to accelerate incident triage and resolution.
Manage and resolve tickets in Jira Service Management.
Coordinate between business users, software developers, and IT Operations as the primary data specialist.
