- Bring extensive full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Have significant experience hiring GTM talent in B2B SaaS.
- Have recruited across multiple functions and be comfortable navigating technical roles.
- Demonstrate strong direct sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.
- Manage competing hiring priorities with exceptional organization.
- Build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions.
- Provide constructive pushback to hiring managers.
- Communicate excellently, exercise sound judgment, and show a bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM and R&D, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers to define successful profiles, calibrate expectations, and develop hiring strategies.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously with clear priorities and consistent follow-through.
- Identify hiring bottlenecks, improve processes, and keep candidates and stakeholders moving.
- Run structured assessments that maintain CoLab's talent bar and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to advise hiring managers and improve hiring outcomes.
