Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company or high-growth startup.
- Demonstrate success independently managing full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.
- Have experience supporting additional business or corporate functions.
- Develop targeted search strategies and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Partner with and influence senior hiring managers, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide hiring decisions.
- Manage multiple searches and maintain accurate recruiting data with consistent execution and limited oversight.
- Use recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and market intelligence to diagnose challenges and recommend changes.
- Experience recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, People, or Operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and search strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define success profiles, calibrate expectations, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using market research and targeted outreach.
- Advise stakeholders using talent availability, compensation expectations, pipeline health, and candidate feedback.
- Deliver clear communication and consistent follow-through throughout the candidate experience.
- Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while keeping hiring managers informed and accountable.
- Use data, reporting, and structured processes to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting workflows.
- Contribute market intelligence and improvements to Talent Acquisition practices.
