Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent and complex projects within defined scopes and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with recruiting partners, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders to align on processes and deliverables.
- Identify emerging risks, escalate issues, and coordinate risk mitigation plans.
- Engage project sponsors and stakeholders, communicate risks and mitigation plans, and provide timely reporting.
- Assess cross-project impacts, resources, and dependencies, and communicate potential enterprise-wide impacts.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications creation.
- Track project metrics and ensure insights are collected, shared, and acted on.
- Coordinate day-to-day project work, provide quality assurance, and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Refine recruiting communications and manage project progress reporting.
