Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles.
- Foundational experience with SQL and basic data modeling concepts.
- Foundational experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of modern data architecture concepts, including data lakes and warehouses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to Python or Scala is preferred.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- DataVault experience with VaultSpeed, DataVault Builder, or WhereScape is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Support client engagements as a contributing project team member.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into technical tasks under guidance.
- Develop and support data solutions using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrations.
- Contribute to data lakes, data warehouses, and other data platform development.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot data issues with senior team members.
- Prepare curated datasets for analytics and reporting, and support machine learning data preparation.
- Support data governance, data quality, security, compliance, metadata, lineage, and technical documentation.
