Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- At least three years of experience in data analytics engineering, business intelligence, incentive operations, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.
- Working knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and Apache Airflow for version control and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Amazon Redshift and translating business requirements into effective data models.
- Ability to investigate complex data discrepancies, formulate hypotheses, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Understanding of data quality, reconciliation, validation, and process reliability for accurate and auditable financial or incentive outputs.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, present findings to non-technical audiences, and manage expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting technical processes and explaining incentive calculations.
- Previous experience in incentive design, commission operations, or agent-facing programs is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve incentive calculation pipelines for agent and staff incentive outputs.
- Automate incentive processes, transitioning scheduled workflows to event-driven processing where appropriate.
- Translate business policies and incentive rules into reliable, automated, auditable data workflows.
- Develop monitoring systems, alerts, and anomaly detection to identify commission discrepancies.
- Establish quality assurance frameworks, validation processes, and reconciliation dashboards.
- Design scalable data systems for multiple business lines and operations across countries.
- Review incentive business logic changes with Sales and Finance stakeholders and translate commission structures into technical requirements.
- Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Document incentive logic, data workflows, validation procedures, and resolution processes.
