Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of experience in data engineering, IT services, or a related technical field.
- Bring expertise with Azure DevOps, including Git repositories, build pipelines, version control, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.
- Have experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using enterprise data sources.
- Have hands-on experience creating workflows with Microsoft Power Automate and managing processes and content with SharePoint.
- Understand release management principles and have experience coordinating controlled software deployments.
- Have familiarity with ITIL and practical experience applying IT service management principles.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft MDS and data governance practices.
- Have experience with ServiceNow ITSM, particularly reporting configuration, management, and analysis.
- Be able to investigate complex technical issues and deliver efficient, maintainable data systems.
- Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and complex queries using SQL Server and advanced T-SQL.
- Manage the software development lifecycle for data solutions using Azure DevOps, including Git-based version control, build pipelines, CI/CD, and release management.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS) solutions to support data integrity, consistency, and governance.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM reporting capabilities.
- Apply ITIL best practices to support service improvement, incident resolution, change management, and IT operations.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve data workflows and align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
