Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, and fallback handling.
- Experience with Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
- Ability to integrate with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
- Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and agent troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Work with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production.
- Design and deliver GenAI solutions.
- Implement LLM/ML/AI automation for scale and efficiency.
- Design, deliver, and manage industrialized processing pipelines.
- Define and implement best practices in ML model lifecycle and ML operations/LLM operations.
- Implement AI/MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and support Data Science teams in best practices.
- Gather technical requirements and estimate planned work.
- Present solutions, concepts, and results to internal and external clients.
- Create technical documentation.
