Requirements
- Have 5–9 years of strong backend development experience.
- Hold a B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Have software development experience designing and building complex systems.
- Be proficient in Golang or a similar programming language.
- Have expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Bring strong problem-solving and critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Agile development methodology experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern software development tools and technologies is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Contribute to Outreach CRM Sync and its data integration platform.
- Provide technical leadership.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions that optimize performance and maintainability.
- Identify technical challenges and bottlenecks and develop solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and code quality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop scalable, reliable software systems.
