Have 3+ years of business development or outside B2B sales experience in the PCB or electronics manufacturing industry.
Demonstrate success generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Have a strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, fabrication, and customer requirements.
Have experience managing RFQ/RFP opportunities and complex sales cycles.
Bring prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Be proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Be willing to travel up to 20%.
ERP experience with SAP or JD Edwards is a plus.

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
Identify and engage OEMs, EMS providers, and other strategic customers.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and trade shows.
Manage sales cycles from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and close.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
Participate in RFQ/RFP opportunities and contract negotiations.
Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer service teams to develop solutions.
Communicate customer requirements, engineering changes, production updates, and delivery expectations.
Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities as needed, up to 20%.
