Requirements
- Have experience planning, coordinating, and controlling corporate projects in structured governance environments.
- Bring experience with PMO frameworks and projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Have hands-on experience applying and teaching innovation methodologies.
- Know Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation, and innovation portfolio management.
- Understand practical applications of Generative AI.
- Demonstrate public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
- Have experience leading meetings, workshops, presentations, and training for diverse audiences.
- Be able to translate complex technical or strategic topics into accessible and actionable content.
- Bring stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities, including active listening and adaptability.
- Work effectively across business and technology teams, including infrastructure, software development, data, cybersecurity, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver presentations, workshops, training sessions, and learning pathways on innovation culture, Generative AI, and agile methodologies.
- Develop employee engagement campaigns and content for intranets, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Facilitate communities focused on innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic projects related to innovation, business processes, and organizational development within PMO governance frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional squads and multidisciplinary teams, align expectations with business leaders, and support conflict resolution.
- Build relationships with external consultants, service providers, and innovation partners to identify trends, technologies, and industry practices.
- Prepare executive presentations, progress reports, and performance indicators for innovation adoption, learning, engagement, and project outcomes.
