Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for modeling and rapid analysis.
- Have experience with structured exploratory analysis and data-driven problem solving in Business/Operations Analytics.
- Work autonomously.
- Communicate clearly with non-analysts.
- Manage projects end to end.
- Have basic/intermediate English reading skills for corporate tools and systems.
Responsibilities
- Extract, process, and consolidate complex datasets using intermediate/advanced SQL.
- Conduct structured deep dives and exploratory analyses of the real estate agent journey.
- Build and automate overall High Touch Onboarding and project-specific performance dashboards.
- Propose, develop, and execute projects and action plans based on diagnostic findings.
- Measure the impact of projects and action plans on business indicators.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate diagnostics, documentation, and analytical routines.
- Coordinate and influence CX, Product, Low Touch, Accreditation, and Incentives/Payments teams to execute solutions.
