Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of solution architecture design and delivery experience in the insurance vertical, with exposure to multiple lines of business.
- Have experience delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Be able to help define and socialize a product or enterprise roadmap.
- Translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.
- Understand business architecture models and patterns.
- Understand approaches to cloud-based applications requiring high availability and scalability.
- Have experience designing solutions in relational database and NoSQL environments.
- Have experience designing for API- and microservices-centric environments.
- Have exposure to authentication and authorization concepts, including SSO, SAML integration, and identity federation.
- Understand insurance business processes across areas and at least two lines of business.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience gathering business requirements from corporate clients.
- Have relationship management experience with corporate clients.
- Have high proficiency in English as a primary language.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align client needs and solution design.
- Work with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment.
- Explore alternatives to identify effective solutions.
- Ensure designed solutions are implemented according to client expectations and company standards.
- Identify, specify, and select off-the-shelf components to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout implementation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions.
