Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management.
- Have a proven track record leading system implementation projects and experience leading large-scale enterprise projects.
- Be able to assemble, plan, resource, budget, and lead project teams.
- Have experience designing and executing project governance models for large enterprises.
- Have strong technical affinity and/or hands-on software implementation experience.
- Understand SaaS and GxP principles.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with the ability to engage senior- and executive-level stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to travel 25–50% and have easy access to an airport.
- Nice to have: experience with eContent Management systems such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, MasterControl, EtQ, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, or NextDocs.
- Nice to have: experience in Life Sciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Drug Safety; PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master certification; Agile methodology or ACP Certification; change management; or PMO organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a key enterprise customer in IT operations and implementation of the Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
- Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting.
- Act as the primary customer liaison and manage communication and relationships among the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for the Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
- Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
- Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization.
- Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices through post-implementation continuous-improvement programs.
