Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles.
- Have native or advanced (C1+) Spanish.
- Have experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configuration solutions.
- Be familiar with ServiceNow, Logik.ai, or similar CPQ platforms.
- Have exposure to integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, or commerce platforms.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Obtain Certified System Administrator certification within 90 days.
- Obtain Certified Application Developer certification within 6 months.
- Obtain ServiceNow CPQ / Product Configuration (Logik.ai) Certification within the first year.
- Nice to have: experience in digital commerce, service modernization, or customer experience projects.
- Nice to have: a background in Manufacturing or B2B industries.
- Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
- Nice to have: exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives through solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Participate in client-facing discussions, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet delivery milestones with quality and consistency.
- Assist in designing Quote-to-Cash processes for product modeling, pricing, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment.
- Configure product configurators such as Logik.ai (ServiceNow CPQ) under senior team guidance.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with platform best practices.
- Participate in business and technical discovery, assess current-state systems, and help define requirements.
- Support business process mapping, functional and architectural documentation, and gap analysis.
- Contribute to CPQ configuration, development, testing, and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support integrations between CPQ, commerce platforms, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications; build prototypes and proofs of concept.
