Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, including complex platform implementations and integrations.
- At least 3+ years focused specifically on CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or complex product configurations.
- Proven experience designing and delivering custom CPQ or product configurator solutions.
- Experience integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, commerce platforms, and middleware.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and APIs.
- Proven experience designing or implementing AI-driven workflows or using AI insights to improve service operations.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into architectural plans.
- Certified System Administrator certification within 60 days.
- Certified Application Developer certification within 90 days.
- Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in Sales & Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Field Service Management (FSM).
- ServiceNow CPQ / Product Configuration (Logik.ai) certification or equivalent CPQ certification.
- Certified Technical Architect certification within the first year; listed equivalents include Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives in client-facing discussions and technical decisions.
- Design product models, pricing, discounting, approval, contract, and order-fulfillment workflows.
- Lead architecture and functional design for custom product configurators, including Logik.ai (ServiceNow).
- Design integrations with commerce platforms, ERP systems, CDPs, middleware, and adjacent enterprise systems.
- Conduct business and technical discovery, map processes, document architectures, and define future-state CPQ roadmaps.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept, and identify process optimization opportunities through CPQ and commerce capabilities.
- Contribute to configuration, development, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving alongside delivery teams.
- Mentor consultants, developers, and analysts, and set standards for CPQ design, documentation, and delivery.
- Support pre-sales by scoping engagements and proposing architecture approaches with Solution Engineering and Sales teams.
- Contribute to CPQ accelerators, templates, implementation patterns, and internal and external enablement.
