Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of shipping and scaling B2B products.
- Familiarity with modern AI products, evals, agentic workflows, context, and tools like MCP.
- Ability to judge where AI is useful in a product and where it is not.
- Systems thinking and ability to balance product craft, speed, and commercial impact.
- Sound judgment under ambiguity, including making and revising decisions based on evidence.
- Strong data literacy and fluency with metrics.
- Ability to communicate product vision and priorities to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
- Strong product instincts, user focus, and judgment about product quality.
- Data integration, warehousing (including Snowflake or Databricks), or analytics experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a core area of Maia end to end, defining problems, prioritizing work, making trade-offs, and driving measurable impact.
- Build evals to measure Maia’s agentic behavior, interrogate outputs, and maintain the quality bar.
- Understand data-team workflows and identify user friction and the moments that earn trust.
- Reason with Engineering about models, context, tools like MCP, and orchestration.
- Use AI tools across research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis to accelerate work without sacrificing quality.
- Work with Engineering and Design, keep GTM informed about what is shipping, and present roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
