Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in finance.
- Have 3+ years managing corporate finance at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Have hands-on IPO experience (S-1, banker models, roadshow) or corporate finance experience at a public company (earnings, guidance, IR).
- Demonstrate deep fluency in SaaS metrics, including ARR, net and gross retention, cohorts, unit economics, and gross margin drivers.
- Have advanced financial modeling experience, including three-statement, long-range, and scenario models.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with executives, the board, and investors.
- Investment banking (ECM or tech coverage) or equity research experience before moving in-house is a bonus.
- Experience with usage-based or AI pricing models is a bonus.
- Experience with forecast and KPI controls under SOX is a bonus.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate FP&A, including the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range model.
- Own the financial content for board materials and investor updates.
- Lead financial work for capital fundraising, including models, data rooms, and investor diligence.
- Lead scenario analysis for capital strategy, hiring plans, and M&A.
- Partner with Accounting to own key metric definitions and reporting to audit and public-company standards.
- Lead IPO-readiness work, including a quarterly reporting cadence, guidance framework, and external model.
- Upgrade planning systems and build the corporate finance team.
