Requirements
- Be located in the Netherlands.
- Have 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams and using project management techniques.
- Have direct experience with observability.
- Know best practices for using and deploying observability stacks, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
- Have experience with Grafana products, preferably Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, and Jaeger/Tempo.
- Have a proven record of successful customer project delivery; enterprise observability implementations for large customers are preferred.
- Have experience with Kubernetes; kubectl, Helm, and Tanka are preferred.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal team members.
Responsibilities
- Guide organizations through customer onboarding, implementation, and expansion.
- Deliver customer training, jumpstart engagements, and tailored technical consulting.
- Understand business needs and distill them into business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex requirements into solution designs, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
- Support project execution and accelerate solution delivery for customers.
- Advocate for standards and best practices and stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
- Identify recurring issues and support needs, and advocate for product and offering improvements with internal teams.
