Requirements
- Bring strong experience as a Data Engineer.
- Have hands-on experience with production-grade Databricks pipelines.
- Have very good knowledge of Python for data processing.
- Have experience with dbt and data transformation layers.
- Understand data pipeline design, orchestration, and scalability.
- Have experience with legacy systems and pipeline migration.
- Have experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Know data modeling, including medallion architecture and dimensional models.
- Have experience working with financial or market data.
- Be familiar with CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of data solutions.
- Work from the European Union region and have a work permit.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines on Databricks.
- Standardize existing pipelines using a gold standard approach.
- Migrate and refactor legacy data pipelines.
- Develop data transformations using dbt and Python.
- Support onboarding of new datasets across US and APAC regions.
- Collaborate with data architects and analytics teams.
- Contribute to future Data Science and MLOps foundations.
- Optimize performance and resource usage under capacity constraints.
