Requirements
- Have professional experience working in the public safety technology space.
- Have experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions.
- Forms.io experience is strongly preferred.
- Have experience with scripting and configuration technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, or similar languages.
- Be able to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Have experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
- Be able to work directly with customers when needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure reporting forms that satisfy state-specific compliance requirements.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to translate customer reporting needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop configurable forms and reporting workflows that reduce customization while meeting customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot customer reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for the team.
- Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies for form configuration and automation.
- Improve internal documentation and tooling for building, maintaining, and scaling compliance reporting.
