Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or in a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Understand agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Have hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Be familiar with agile project management tools.
- Be familiar with software development lifecycle processes.
- A Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Oversee the backlog and manage ticket flow, ensuring development tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with product goals.
- Liaise between Product Owners or Managers and the Development team to clarify requirements and communicate status.
- Identify delivery risks and impediments, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with team leads to allocate resources, balance workloads, and meet project timelines.
