Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate complex technology deliveries and align business expectations with technical execution.
- Familiarity with Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Work in Progress (WIP) metrics.
- Ability to manage competing demands, dependencies, timelines, and priorities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to assess implementation risks, coordinate release plans, and develop contingency strategies.
- Ability to evaluate project feasibility, estimate effort and costs, and communicate trade-offs.
- Ability to maintain alignment among clients, business leaders, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to identify blockers, resolve delivery challenges, and negotiate deadlines.
- Ability to understand end-to-end processes and cross-team impacts.
- Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and encourage accountability.
- Comfort working with changing requirements in dynamic technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities between business areas and technology teams.
- Track Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Work in Progress metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve predictability.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate project progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.
- Develop implementation plans with risk assessments, contingency and rollback strategies, assignments, and timelines.
- Assess feasibility, effort, costs, and potential impacts of products, services, and technology initiatives.
- Identify delivery risks, negotiate deadlines, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers.
- Organize incoming requests and identify workflow dependencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration across business, development, and technical teams.
- Promote delivery best practices and implement process improvements.
