Requirements
- Significant investor relations experience, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
- Ability to articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
- Written, verbal, and presentation skills suited to senior leadership, board-level interactions, and public messaging.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI) and sensitive corporate disclosures.
- Project-management skills and ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, and executive leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferred: direct experience supporting or leading a company through a public-market transition.
- Preferred: MBA, CFA designation, or equivalent professional credentials.
- Preferred: experience with SaaS or high-growth technology valuation metrics in investor communications.
- Preferred: experience using GenAI workflows for messaging deliverables, competitive intelligence, and investor feedback analysis while maintaining data governance.
Responsibilities
- Build an engagement program with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts.
- Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the IR website, and other external communications.
- Work with Legal and Finance to support accurate, consistent, and timely public disclosures.
- Help ensure investor communications follow applicable securities laws and company policies.
- Monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends, peer performance, and market developments.
- Summarize relevant market insights for the executive team and board.
- Coordinate investor relations activities across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product, and Communications.
- Develop the calendar, processes, materials, and internal controls for the investor relations program.
