Requirements
- Be a first-year, full-time MBA student at an accredited U.S. business school, with expected graduation in Spring 2028.
- Have 3–5 years of professional experience in areas such as financial planning and analysis, corporate development, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or business operations.
- Bring strong quantitative skills and experience analyzing complex data to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Have experience with SQL, financial modeling, and data analysis and visualization using Tableau or similar tools.
- Demonstrate AI fluency and sound judgment about when and how to apply AI to work and projects.
- Have organizational and project management skills and the ability to define and execute projects independently.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally, including presenting to senior leaders.
- Manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Show interest in high-growth, technology, or hospitality companies.
- Industry research and due diligence experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision-makers.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns using business data and market knowledge.
- Construct and present forecasts, recommendations, and strategic or tactical plans to stakeholders and leaders.
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data elements.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and insights.
