Job Details

Have 5+ years of industry experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis.
Bring strong hands-on expertise in SQL.
Have hands-on expertise in at least one programming language: Python or R.
Have experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments.
Have experience applying statistical methods to real-world product problems.
Have experience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and implementation in data pipelines.
Use analytical judgment to balance rigor with speed and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
Be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
Marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy experience is preferred.
Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows is preferred.

Own and deliver advanced analytics for defined product and business domains.
Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniques to answer business and product questions.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to measure feature impact and inform product iteration.
Develop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance and business outcomes.
Build and maintain queries, dashboards, and readouts for stakeholder decision-making.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation.
Communicate insights and recommendations in writing and verbally, including leadership-ready readouts.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks where appropriate.
