Requirements
- Have built features or entire products from scratch end-to-end.
- Have experience building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end.
- Bring experience with TypeScript and React, ideally, and exposure to data-intensive backends.
- Be able to manage projects independently and develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it.
- Care about API design, UI details, and clear documentation.
- Have an interest in open source software and in discussing developers’ problems with them.
- Be comfortable working in a small, accountable team.
- A CS or quantitative degree is preferred.
- Experience with ClickHouse, analytics databases, or complex data visualizations is a bonus.
- Open source contributions, startup or founder experience, and ML/AI or LLM framework familiarity are bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Talk with users to understand their problems and determine what to build.
- Write specifications and own features from product thinking through implementation and release.
- Build across the full stack, including React, Next.js, ClickHouse, Python and TypeScript SDKs, documentation, and Terraform modules as needed.
- Create and improve APIs, analytics queries, SDKs, and data-processing capabilities.
- Respond to community questions and route support requests.
- Write public documentation for owned features.
- Present features to the community during Launch Weeks.
